Returns Without Giving a Reason

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days from receiving the goods, in accordance with European consumer protection laws.

The goods must be returned within 14 days from the date you notify us about the withdrawal.

Returned goods must be:

  • unused
  • undamaged
  • in the original packaging

Once we receive the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless agreed otherwise.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

When Withdrawal Is Not Possible

According to applicable consumer protection laws, withdrawal from the contract is not possible for goods:

  • that have been opened and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
  • that were customized according to the customer’s request
  • that have been irreversibly mixed with other products after delivery

This may apply especially to opened cosmetic products that come into direct contact with the skin.

Product Complaints (Defective Goods)

If you receive damaged or defective goods, you have the right to submit a complaint.

The seller is responsible for defects that appear within 24 months after delivery.

In the case of defective goods, the buyer may request:

  • repair of the product
  • replacement of the product
  • a reasonable discount
  • withdrawal from the contract (in case of a significant defect)

How to Submit a Complaint

Please include the following information:

  • order number
  • description of the defect
  • photo of the product (if possible)

Based on this information, we will inform you about the next steps.

Complaint Processing Time

Complaints will be processed without unnecessary delay, no later than 30 days from the date the complaint is submitted.

Damage During Delivery

If your package arrives damaged, we recommend:

  • taking photos of the damaged package or product
  • contacting us as soon as possible

We will resolve the situation by replacing the product or issuing a refund.
