1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the operator of the online store ParisBeauty.cz (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) who concludes a purchase contract through this online store.

By submitting an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions primarily apply to purchases made through the online store.

2. Conclusion of the Purchase Contract

The purchase contract between the Seller and the Buyer is concluded through the online store.

By submitting an order through the website, the Buyer makes an offer to conclude a purchase contract.

The Seller confirms receipt of the order by email. The purchase contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the order and dispatches the goods.

The Seller reserves the right to limit the quantity of goods in a single order, especially during discount promotions or sales.

3. Withdrawal from the Contract

In accordance with applicable legal regulations, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from a purchase contract concluded via the internet without giving any reason within 14 days from receiving the goods.

The Buyer must inform the Seller about the withdrawal via email.

The returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

The Buyer must return the goods no later than 14 days after withdrawal from the contract.

The Seller will refund the purchase price within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.

The Buyer bears the cost of returning the goods unless agreed otherwise.

4. Complaints and Liability for Defects

The Seller is responsible for defects that appear within 24 months after delivery.

In the event of a defect, the Buyer has the right to request:

• repair of the product
• replacement of the product
• a reasonable discount
• withdrawal from the contract (in case of a significant defect)

The Buyer must report the defect without unnecessary delay.

5. Payment Methods

The Buyer may choose a payment method from the options displayed during checkout.

Available payment methods may include:

• credit or debit card payment
• online payment gateway
• bank transfer
• cash on delivery

In case of card payment, the amount is charged immediately during the transaction.

6. Delivery of Goods

The Seller delivers goods through selected shipping providers.

Available delivery methods may include:

• PPL – home delivery
• Packeta / Zásilkovna – pickup points
• Packeta Z-BOX

Delivery times are indicative and depend on the shipping carrier.

Shipping costs are displayed before completing the order.

7. Product Prices

All prices displayed in the online store are final and include VAT.

The price valid at the time the order is placed applies.

The Seller reserves the right to change prices before the order is submitted.

8. Discount Codes and Vouchers

The Seller may offer discount codes or gift vouchers.

Unless stated otherwise:

• only one discount code can be used per order
• discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash
• unused voucher value cannot be refunded
